Kay Winfield
Kay Winfield is the Associate Director of the W.L. Adams Center for Writing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and History and an M.A. in English Literature from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU). Mrs. Winfield previously served as the Writing and Liberal Arts Program Director at the Academic Assistance and Resource Center at SFASU and the Learning Experience Design Specialist at the Center for Teaching and Learning at SFASU. She taught Technical & Scientific Writing, Introduction to Literature, and Freshman Composition as an adjunct at SFASU. Her notable publications include a book of poetry, Virtual Worlds Virtual, People published by BlazeVOX Press, “Ghost Town Map at Noon” in the gaming anthology Insert Coin Here, and “Tetris Love Story” published by Sundog Lit. She previously served as the Web Editor of the digital literary magazine Gingerbread House.
