Janet Mata

 

Janet Mata is the office administrator for the Center for Writing. She comes to TCU a long-time resident of Fort Worth. Growing up, she attended Nolan Catholic High School. She later returned there as an event coordinator for its annual fundraiser known as Mardi Gras. Her last few years at Nolan Catholic she spent as administrative assistant in athletics, serving student athletes and coaches in 17 sports.  She was Cheer Program Director and coach for five years. After leaving Nolan, she found her way to TCU and the Center for Writing to continue her passion for education and assisting students in every way possible.
